➡️ How long have you been part of the LeadingIT team?
I joined LeadingIT in July 2023 and became everyone’s (self-acclaimed) favorite Floridian after my visit in December 2024.
❓What’s one thing you want clients (or your coworkers) to know about what you do?
My role involves a lot of behind-the-scenes work to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s not only about solving problems as they arise, but also about anticipating potential issues and preventing them before they happen.
🏕️ What’s your ultimate weekend activity?
I am a Happy Camper! My ideal weekend is a mix of adventure and relaxation—camping with family and friends, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories.
🦹♀️ If you were an action figure, what 3 accessories would you come with?
- ☕ Coffee Mug or Caffeine Mainline – For those long days of strategizing and problem-solving with clients, with espresso shots in case of emergency. Seriously… I’m not joking.
- 🏉 Fidget/Stress Ball – To manage stress and stay calm under pressure, ensuring a positive client experience (and providing an outlet for all that caffeine).
- 💻 Latest and Greatest Tech – To stay connected and responsive to client needs, even on the go.
What’s the most unusual or random skill you have that surprisingly helps in your job?
I am a “Freak in the Sheets”… no, REALLY! I love Excel and all things spreadsheets.
