👋 Meet Jordan – Level 1 Technician at LeadingIT
As a Level 1 technician, Jordan says that he pretty much helps people out with basic troubleshooting issues with their PCs and do some other tasks such as creating or disabling users.
🚀 What’s the best part about working at LeadingIT?
I’m really enjoying the comradery amongst my coworkers, and I appreciate how everyone is willing to help out. There is a lot of learning potential here and it’s exciting to be somewhere I can grow.
🎃 What’s the weirdest or most unexpected job you’ve ever had before LeadingIT?
My first job was working weekends at a farm market for their Halloween attractions. I was pretty much an attendant that took tickets from kids so they could go do things such as a corn maze or a little haunted house or a petting zoo.
🎮 What’s your ultimate weekend activity?
Going to a metal concert, spending time with my girlfriend, or playing video games.
🥁 What’s one non-tech-related skill you wish you could master instantly?
I’d love to be able to master playing the drums.
