Jayson has been a core part of the LeadingIT team (formerly Dura-Tech team) since 2014, starting as a Systems Engineer, moving into Service Delivery Management, and now leading the charge as Director of Operations. With 20+ years in the industry, he’s seen it all – and we mean everything.
🚀 What’s the best part of working at LeadingIT?
There’s always something new to learn. In the MSP space, you have to keep adapting to stay ahead, and LeadingIT has a phenomenal team that makes it all worth it.
😶 Weirdest IT issue you’ve ever encountered?
It’s a tie between the client with 136,000 emails in a single inbox folder (who wondered why Outlook was slow) or one of my first onsite jobs, where I had to track down why a client’s internet kept cutting out… only to find mice had chewed through the Ethernet cables.
🚚 What’s the weirdest or most unexpected job you’ve ever had before LeadingIT?
A little bit of everything: Network Administrator, CDL Delivery Driver, and Diesel Mechanic all rolled into one.
