💻 Tell us a little about your position at LeadingIT.
Along with the rest of the Level 1 team here at LeadingIT, I serve as the first point of contact whenever IT help is needed! We assist with password resets, printer installations, software issues, and all sorts of basic troubleshooting steps to keep our clients running smoothly.
🚀 What’s the best part about working at LeadingIT?
I enjoy the sense of community that the team here offers. Everyone is quick to assist one another, and it’s emphasized that there are no silly questions!
🎸 What’s one non-tech-related skill you wish you could master instantly?
Guitar. I’ve been trying to learn for years, but I just can’t seem to grasp it!
📖 What’s your ultimate weekend activity?
My ultimate weekend activity has to be sitting down with a really good book and getting immersed in that world.
🤝 If you could swap roles with anyone on the team for a day, who would it be and why?
If I could swap roles with anyone on the team for a day, I’d swap roles with Max, who is part of our web development team. I’ve dabbled in web development before and really enjoyed it, so I’d love to see what his day-to-day looks like!
