🚀 What’s the best part about working at LeadingIT?
Everyone at LeadingIT is very friendly and on the technical end everyone is always looking to transfer knowledge and elevate newer technicians, leadership is solid and focused on maintaining a solid work culture.

💻 Tell us a little about your position at LeadingIT.
My responsibilities are coordinating the movement of tickets from within the L1 and L2 teams, ensuring they are proactively working the ticket to their end, and maintaining a user-obsessed mindset, always ensuring that every user feels seen when they are experiencing technical issues.

Additionally, I am responsible for the Deliveries and Bench Team ensuring timely prep of workstations and maintaining the onsite schedule to ensure every company is getting the onsite support it needs.”

🍴 What’s the weirdest or most unexpected job you’ve ever had before LeadingIT?
I worked at and appliance sales store dealing with top of line appliances, the most expensive kitchen package I ever sold was worth a whopping 75k for a family vacation home and took over 7-months to conclude.

🤯 What’s a piece of tech history or IT trivia that blows your mind?
The term “computer bug” originated from a Moth trapped in a relay of the Harvard Mark II computer. Furthermore, the removal of said bug sparked the term “debugging”.

⛳ What’s your ultimate weekend activity?
I play golf and although it’s fun doing alone or with other golfers, it is by far way more entertaining to bring my family out with me, who doesn’t play, and watch them lose golf balls across the course.
