💻 Tell us a little about your position at LeadingIT.
I work as a Level 3 Technician, helping businesses stay secure and productive by managing servers, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure. A big part of my role is problem-solving, whether it’s troubleshooting issues, optimizing systems, or rolling out improvements to keep things running smoothly.
🏍 What’s your ultimate weekend activity?
Going on a motorcycle ride. Nothing beats hitting the road, clearing my head, and exploring new places while enjoying the ride.
🤝 If you could swap roles with anyone on the team for a day, who would it be and why?
Probably someone on the helpdesk team. They’re on the frontlines with clients, and I think it’d be eye-opening to see IT challenges directly from the user’s perspective.
👨🍳 What’s one non-tech-related skill you wish you could master instantly?
Cooking gourmet dishes. I’d love to impress family and friends with restaurant-level meals at home.
