About The Position

We’re always looking for great people to work with us! LeadingIT is Chicagoland's NEXT generation technology and cloud support company and we’re looking for motivated people to join our Field Sales Team to help us find new business clients in your area.


No Degree or Experience Needed — Just Hustle

Whether you’re a college student, athlete, aspiring entrepreneur, or looking for a side hustle — this is a career-starting opportunity.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interacting with local business parks and commercial areas.
  • Starting conversations with business owners and office managers.
  • Gathering basic company info.
  • Representing the LeadingIT brand with energy and professionalism.
  • Using simple tech tools (like Google Maps & our CRM) to log leads.

 What you'll be learning:

  • How real businesses work.
  • The world of IT and cybersecurity.
  • Professional communication and lead generation.
  • Earning commission through sales (without cold calling!).

  • You’re friendly, outgoing, and don’t mind walking into businesses
  • You love talking to people and aren’t afraid to get a few “no’s”
  • You’re hungry to learn and open to feedback
  • You want to get paid well for putting in effort

  • Hourly pay + bonuses for each appointment or qualified lead & closed deal.
  • Flexible hours: 3–5 days/week (Part time position, max 20-25 hours per week).

Compensation/Bonus structure:

• $15/hour 

• $10 BONUS for every quality appointment you help us book (more detail on this during onboarding)

• $100 BONUS for every lead that turns into a closed deal.

• BONUS bumps to $150 after 3 closed deals for each deal closed. 

• Weekly rewards for top performers (gift cards, cash bonuses, etc.)
