Description
We are looking for an outside sales rockstar to drive the business development strategy for LeadingIT. This person helps to develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. This person oversees business development initiatives to guide them from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase. This position will have full ownership of the sales department and will be accountable for driving its strategy, performance, and results. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will contribute to company-wide decision-making and play a critical role in shaping our growth trajectory.
What this role will entail:
- Responsible for new sales
- Close a minimum of $8,330 in new MRR (monthly reoccurring revenue) per month.
- Close 67% or proposals
- Run end-to-end pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and
- Build and maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective clients
- Participate in strategic development of new business

- Success generating business with digital and offline tactics (cold calling, event networking etc.)
- At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, including a demonstrated ability to consistently generate $1M+ in annual revenue
Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes:
Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $55,000+ year + commissions (100% of first month fee)
We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $7,000 to $25,000/year
We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k
