What this role will entail:
We are seeking a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) who can serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our clients. This role blends technical insight, business strategy, and servant-leadership to help organizations move forward with clarity and confidence. You will own the long-term vision, alignment, and outcomes for your assigned client accounts, acting as the link between technology and business goals to ensure every IT decision delivers real, measurable value.
Accountabilities:
- LMA (Lead, Manage, and Hold Team Accountable) – this role oversees our Account Management Team which consists of our Client Success Manager and a procurement specialist
- Quarterly Business Reviews
- Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts
- 10% Inside Growth Annually
- NPS-60% response rate and score >35
- Agreement Health and Alignment
- Retention < 5% churn Annually
Indicators that this will be the role for you:
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environment
- Business-savvy and able to translate technology into ROI and value
- Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with CEOs and technicians
- Experienced in sales support and consultative selling

Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes:
- Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $90,00-$100,000 + Commission.
- We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits for you and your family.
- We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary.
